$75.oo service call fee then an hourly rate after that of $65.00 and hour. Generally most troubleshooting can be done within thirty minutes to an hour.

Changeouts and New Construction:

Have an old system that can’t keep up anymore? Maybe the system isn’t very efficient and your tired of them sky high electric bills. Well, we offer many different options from heat pumps to straight A/C’s to gas furnaces. All of our estimates on replacing systems are free and all of our estimates on new construction are free. We offer heating and cooling load calculations at a small fee. We also do ductwork and mini split installation. If it has anything to do with HVAC we will do it.
